According to the regulations, the consumer and user will have the right to WITHDRAW the contract for a maximum period of 14 calendar days from the date of purchase without the need to indicate the reason and without incurring any cost, except those provided for in art. 107.2 and 108 of RD1 / 2007, of November 16, which approves the referred text of the General Law for the Defense of Consumers and Users.
Cancellations and Withdrawal
The withdrawal implies that Mr Trading Price and Volume will proceed to refund the amount already paid by the customer within a maximum period of 14 calendar days, following the same procedure chosen by the customer for payment. During this period, the consumer will inform Mr Trading Price and Volume of his decision to withdraw from the contract to the email address contacto@mrtradingprecioyvolumen.com.
To proceed with the return of a product it is essential that it is in perfect condition and with its corresponding original packaging (shipping packaging), with all its accessories and without having been used. Once verified, the amount of the book will be credited by bank transfer or return on the card with which the customer paid the amount of the order.
This will not be applicable to the sale of articles that can be reproduced or copied immediately or that due to their nature, cannot be returned, among which are the ebook and other articles included in article 102 of the General Law for the Defense of Consumers and Users.
Once we receive your request, we will contact the customer to indicate the details of the return.
The client will bear the costs of returning the books, as well as the management thereof.
Orders can be canceled at no cost before the shipment becomes effective. If we receive a cancellation notice once the package is shipped, we will consider it a return.
